Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer, technology, c.£90,000 plus benefits
Fascinating opportunity to lead a technology “business builder” based in central London. The business and team specialises in supporting the commercial and administrative needs of tech start ups, mainly in the B2B digital market.
Working alongside the Chairperson and CEO you will be responsible for running the business, day to day, along with developing and implementing portfolio clients growth strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead all internal operations across, including, Finance, Sales and Marketing, HR and Operations
Work with the Board to ensure financial and business plans are executed
Develop growth strategies for both the business and portfolio companies
Partner with the CEO when evaluating new portfolio company potential
Direct and manage the due diligence process for potential new portfolio company’s
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Accountant, either ACA/CIMA/ACCA
Ideally experience in marketing services and/or technology businesses from early stage
Experience of leading teams across operations
Strong evidence of executing business plans
A track record of developing and implementing new business infrastructure and strategies
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
